Victorian beach house on private sandy beach with elevated ocean-side covered porch. 6 bedrooms sleeps 16 on beds. 1.5 baths plus cedar-lined private outdoor shower. Parking for six cars. Next to McCook's Point Park with playgrounds, events and beautiful shaded picnic grounds. 10 minute walk to Niantic boardwalk, a two mile path along Niantic bay, as well as downtown Niantic with eclectic shops and restaurants.

Captain's: 1st floor with one double bed and 1/2 bath.
Pond Master: 2nd floor with one queen bed and room A/C.
Nehantic: 2nd floor with queen bed.
McCook's: One double bed and adjacent ocean-side sun porch with an additional two twin beds.
Crescent: 2nd floor with one double sleigh bed.
The Crow's Nest: One double plus two twin beds with ocean-facing windows -- great for kids or family that wants to stay together in one room.
2nd floor bathroom with new tub/shower and washer/dryer.
Open kitchen with full-sized refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. Adjacent "sun-porch" for family-style dining.
Wall-mounted 50" smart TV.
Beach-front lawn with dining table with sun umbrella. Chaise lounge beach chairs. Large propane grill.
Note: The house is elevated from the ground for flood protection. 10+ stairs must be ascended to reach the first floor.
Located in Niantic, this vacation home is on the beach. Childrens Museum of Southeastern Connecticut and Tumbleweeds are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Flanders Plaza Shopping Center and Crystal Mall. The Book Barn and White Gate Farm are also worth visiting. With motor boating, sailing, and swimming nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.
