Located in a lovely area of Niagara Falls, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is located only 3.3 miles from Niagara Falls State Park.

The master bedroom with attached bath is located on the first floor and has a king bed. The other two bedrooms are located on the second floor. One of the rooms has a queen bed with a small sitting room attached that has a twin bed for an extra guest. The other bedroom has a double bed. The other full bathroom is on the second floor.

On the first floor in addition to the master bedroom, is the kitchen, living room and dining room, and back hallway that leads to a screened in porch and the back yard.

The house, built in 1920, is in the Deveaux area of Niagara Falls, a beautiful residential neighborhood, situated near Niagara University. The house is a 10-minute walk to the Whirlpool and Devil’s Hole State Parks and a 10 min. drive or 20 min. bike ride along the Gorge to the Niagara Falls State Park. Lewiston is also a short drive up the parkway and has many cute shops and nice restaurants.

The house is most easily accessed by car but the NFTA buses do run along Lewiston Road which is on the corner and goes to either Lewiston or to Niagara Falls.

The house has wi-fi throughout. There is a SmartTV and DVD player in the master bedroom, but there is no cable (we do have an interior antenna for broadcast channels). There is a driveway for you to use to park your vehicle. Pets will be considered.
Located in Niagara Falls, this vacation home is in the city center and on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Niagara Falls State Park and American Falls, while OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino and Shaw Festival Theatre are cultural highlights. Check out an event or a game at Niagara Falls Convention Centre, and consider making time for Aquarium of Niagara, a top attraction not to be missed. Motor boating and sailing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and cycling nearby.
