The house is a large old Victorian built in 1890. It has been recently rescued and renovated. It has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the second floor. The HUGE living room, library and dining room, kitchen and half bath are on the first floor. It is fully furnished for you to make yourselves at home. The kitchen is stocked with all the items you need to make your own meals if you wish. If you do not wish to cook, there are restaurants 1 block away on Third Street and more near the Falls.

The front porch is a lovely place to relax in the evening after a day of sightseeing or grill up some dinner in the backyard/garden. There is dedicated parking for up to 3 cars off the alley behind the house.

Located in Niagara Falls, this vacation home is in the city center. Peller Estates Winery and Jackson-Triggs Winery are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Niagara Falls State Park and American Falls. Fallsview Indoor Waterpark and Aquarium of Niagara are not to be missed. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and hiking/biking trails nearby.
