Just two miles to Sunday River Ski Resort offering the most terrain and high speed lifts in the east and award winning golf. This property offers an ideal getaway for outdoor enthusiasts of all seasons. This custom-built home boasts five bedrooms and three and a half baths, providing ample space for a comfortable and cozy stay.
The main floor of the home features an open concept design, with easy flow throughout the living room, kitchen, and dining room. This layout allows for a spacious and inviting gathering area where you can relax, cook, and dine together. The living room is furnished with comfortable and modern mountain furnishings, a fireplace creating a warm and inviting atmosphere after a long day on the slopes and floor to ceiling sweeping views.
Moving to the second level, you'll find the primary bedroom, complete with a private bath for added convenience and privacy. There are two more bedrooms on this level, along with another full bath, making it suitable for a family or a group of friends looking to share the accommodation. The lower level of the rental property offers even more space for relaxation and entertainment. Here, you'll find a bunk room, perfect for kids or additional guests, and an additional bedroom with a queen bed. The basement also features a game room, equipped with a TV, foosball and shuffle board. This area is an excellent spot for unwinding after a day on the slopes, playing games, or watching your favorite movies.
With its proximity to Sunday River Ski Resort and the spacious and well-appointed layout of this home provides an ideal base for an enjoyable and memorable ski vacation in Newry, Maine. Remember we are in the mountains of Maine and the snow we hope for all year can make travel more difficult. We recommend all or 4 wheel drive in the winter season. The roads and driveway are professionally maintained but guests may find travel difficult without it. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is pressed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
Located in Newry, this chalet is in a rural area and in the mountains. Sunday River and Little White Cap Ski Lift are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore White Mountain National Forest and Grafton Notch State Park.
