This condo is set up with two bunk rooms. Bedroom one has a full bed with a single on top and another set of bunks. Bedroom two has two sets of bunks. There is a queen sleep sofa in the living area. Full kitchen is available for all of your meal needs. There is a ski locker available for renters to use. By the ski lockers there is coin operated washer and dryers. At North Peak there is an outdoor heated pool with nice locker rooms. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.
Located in Newry, this condo is in the mountains. Dr. Moses Mason House and Bethel Historical Society are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Sunday River and Spruce Peak Ski Lift. Take in the nearby slopes with skiing, or check out other outdoor activities such as sledding.
