Lake House views that take your breath away. The perfect place to share viewing the solar eclipse with your family, or friends. This 4 bedroom house boasts a breathtaking sun room, with large glass windows to take in the lake views, eclipse and wild life. Bald Eagles frequent the areas with regular sightings. The house has a comfortable living area and adjacent kitchen that has all you need to prepare food. There is a gas grill on the deck, and Adirondack chairs plus a Fire Pit that over look the lake. On the Main Floor is an entry way, half bath, Master Bedroom ( bedroom 1 ), with ensuite Bathroom. The living room is also on the first floor with a lake front sun room, and kitchen. Upstairs is Bedroom 2 with a Queen bed with a Lake Vie, Bedroom 3 also contains a Queen Bed with Lake view. Bedroom 4 includes a Twin Trundle Bed. On the second floor is a Full Bathroom.
The Vermont lake House is comfortable, warm, and is just delightful. Visitors drop their jaw when they walk in and see the views in person. It is such a relaxing place to stay. Newport city with grocery stores, and amenities is close by. You can get all your supplies within a 5 minute drive. The House is 1 hour 45 minutes from Burlington Airport. 1 Hour 50 minutes from Montreal and 1 Hour 10 minutes from Stowe, Vermont. The second floor bathroom is dated, yet clean. The house has a loved yard, and steps down to the water front.
Newport is home to this vacation home. Veteran’s Memorial Park and Haskell Free Library and Opera House are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Newport Bike Path and Quechee Gorge Mini Golf.
