No direct beach access but only a five minute walk through a secluded forest trail to quiet beach with flourishing tide pools and protected seabird habitat. Depending on season beach below is has colonies of brown pelicans, blue herons, sea gulls , plovers and sand pipers.
Only a 5-10 minute drive to Nye Beach, historic Newport Bayfront and Newport aquarium. One mile walk to Yaquina light house state park and interpretive center. Great outside porch overlooking the Pacific ocean with built in seating and custom benches. Hot tub with ocean views in secluded location.

Located by the ocean, this vacation home is in Agate Beach, a neighborhood in Newport. Burrows House Museum and Pacific Maritime and Heritage Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Agate Beach Golf Course and Historic Bayfront. Newport Visual Arts Center and Oregon Undersea Gardens are also worth visiting. Kayaking and motor boating offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and horse riding nearby.
