The lower level unit features two bedrooms, two well appointed bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, living, dining space and a generously sized front enclosed patio. The upper house lives very much like a private single family home; it is light and bright and features 3 bedrooms plus a loft on the top floor that can serve as a 4th bedroom and 4 bathrooms; no detail has been overlooked in this sophisticated beach house. Complete with cathedral ceilings, French oak wood flooring throughout, wainscoting, custom beautiful built-ins. The chef's kitchen was beautifully designed with Caesarstone counters, custom cabinetry, a 48" Wolfe range, 48" Kitchen Aid refrigerator, and a pantry. Off the kitchen, a glass door opens to a private sun deck which is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee as the ocean breeze flows by. The master retreat offers high ceilings, two walk-in closets, and a spa-like bath. The expansive rooftop deck is perfect for entertaining with ocean views and an outdoor covered kitchen which has been completely redone and includes high end appliances, a built in BBQ, and custom cabinetry. Other amenities include 3 designated parking spaces, 1 garage spot and 2 carport spaces, security and sound systems, marine grade exterior paint, completely re-finished IPE deck tiles on the rooftop deck, a heated outdoor shower, and solar panels.
