This budget friendly 5 bedroom, 2 bath upper unit located just steps away from the beach has a short walk to Newport pier, shops, and restaurants. Perfect for a family vacation by the beach in the heart of Newport Beach.

There is a spacious living room with ample amount of seating with 3 couches to relax at the end of a long beach day. The Master bedroom has a queen bed, there are four guest bedrooms, one with two twin beds and the rest all with queen beds. All bedrooms share two bathrooms with a tub/shower combination.

The spacious living area has a couch, loveseat and jumbo chair. The large open kitchen features ample space, a large glass-topped dining table with eight chairs, as well as extra seating at the bar with stools.

The unit has a large side deck with a BBQ, table and chairs. The large, shared side patio is great for storing bikes and beach gear. A coin-op washer and dryer used by both units is in the laundry room, just off the patio. There is garage parking for two cars.

Located on one of the Peninsula’s best beaches, the unit is ideally located for exploring all Newport Beach has to offer.
