Our home is brand new from top to bottom with the upstairs remodel completed in March 2022 and the lower unit in March 2023. From our appliances to our furniture to the linens, dish ware and more this home is without a doubt one of the nicest and certainly cleanest rentals you will come across in the city of Newport Beach.

Each of our bedrooms includes 1 comfortable queen-sized bed with a shared hallway bathroom equipped with a double vanity sink.

HOME LOCATION

Located on 42nd St between the Bay and the Beach you never need to walk more than one minute to put your toes in the sand! From the Volleyball courts on the beach, the bike path on the sand, or the Kayak/Paddle board Launch on the bay you are never far from the excitement Newport Beach has to offer.

From this location, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the Newport Peninsula, Balboa Island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute bike ride in one direction) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Stand-Up-Paddle-board Lessons all in the area you will never need to travel far!

Although you may be looking for a quiet getaway, the action is never more than a Walk/Bike Ride away. Air-Conditioning
This home does not have air conditioning. Box fans are provided for your comfort, and if additional cooling is needed, a portable AC unit can be rented from a local vendor for $399.

Parking Details
You are provided with 4 Garage Parking Spots in a (4) Car Garage. Oversized Trucks/SUVs are not recommended. Ask for Garage Measurements if you need them.

As is common in these areas, noise from construction, municipal services, beachgoers, vehicle and air traffic, adjacent homes, and nearby commercial or residential spaces may occur. Quiet Hours Notice
Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.

Pet Policy
This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.

Fashion Island and Main Street are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Orange County Fair and Events Center and Segerstrom Center for the Arts. Balboa Fun Zone and Boomers Fountain Valley are also worth visiting. With kayaking, snorkeling, and parasailing nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.
