Gorgeous home, 3 bedrooms/2 baths each unit (upper & lower) with incredible panoramic ocean views of beach, white water, Catalina Island and of course awesome sunsets. Located on the boardwalk and just a short walk to restaurants, shopping and piers.
Please note that the upper and lower units are separate residences and are rented individually. Some guests like to rent both.
Beautifully decorated with updated kitchen, baths and new large flat screen TV in living room. Large kitchen and living room open up to double French doors that offer the sweeping oceanfront views.
Huge Master Suite also has private kitchenette and full bath.
Completely remodeled kitchen and baths in upper unit.
This oceanfront beauty has it all and will provide your family and friends the perfect beach vacation.

ACCOMODATIONS:
(UPPER/LOWER UNIT:) One king, 2 double beds/one king, one queen, 2 double beds, 2 twin beds. Mattress pads, pillows, blankets supplied.
Linens are not supplied and need to be arranged by the guest.

Cleaning Fee of $250. Extra charge may apply to large group size and for holidays.
Summer (short term) Rentals incur a 10% Newport Beach Occupancy Tax.
Pillows & Mattress Pads supplied. Please bring your own linens or obtain from local rental companies.
Pet Fee negotiable.
