The Balboa Peninsula is rich in history located in the heart of the California Riviera—Newport Beach. The peninsula is anchored by two iconic piers (Newport Pier and Balboa Pier) and the infamous Wedge, a popular surf destination. The Balboa Peninsula cradles Newport Bay, which offers various restaurants, attractions, and activities.
- The Fun Zone: This area offers whale watching tours, Catalina Flyer, Jet Ski Rentals, Paddle Board Rentals, Bike Rentals, Duffy Watercraft Rentals, and more;
- Balboa Island: This walk offers sweeping views of the bay, beautiful waterfront homes, and shops and restaurants down main street;
