Every front-facing window in this extraordinary custom home is a framed beach scene, replete with changing waves, tides, sea life and beach life. You're never far from the salty air and the soothing sounds of the surf. This quiet picturesque location is still easily walkable to restaurants and nightlife.
The home sleeps up to 9 guests in 3 bedrooms, including a luxurious master suite, and features 2.5 baths.
As our primary residence, this is no ordinary vacation rental. When we travel, we share our home to provide a top-quality experience for our guests.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck as you take in views of porpoises, Catalina Island, and the endless Pacific Ocean. Spend your day soaking up the sun or exploring the famous 54th Street surf spot, known for its competitions and local pros. End your day with spectacular sunsets and fall asleep to the soothing sound of crashing waves.
Our home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood and has been part of our family since 1969. Rebuilt into a high-end custom residence 30 years later, it was newly remodeled in 2023. We provide everything you need for the ultimate beach experience: beach toys, chairs, blankets, and an outdoor space heater. Security is a priority, with Ring cameras at the front door and inside the garage, as well as secure entryways.
