Stairs/Accessibility
This is the 2nd Floor of an Oceanfront Duplex. This home does have (1) flight of stairs to enter the home.

Air-Conditioning
This property includes air conditioning. The thermostat should be set no lower than 74 degrees and turned off when the home is vacant. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the home will cool to a specific temperature in all bedrooms and spaces

Parking Details
-(2) Designated parking spots are provided. (1) Garage Spot and (1) covered carport spot behind the garage parked in tandem . Height 6 feet (72 inches) width 7 feet X 9 inches) (93 Inches) Compact and mid size vehicles recommended. At this location height can be an issue. Large/Tall vehicles will need to park on the street.

Laundry
A private washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit for your use. Included in your stay is 4 single use Laundry Powders.

High Chair & Pack 'n Play
High chair and Pack 'n Play are available by request only. Please request at least 48 hours prior to your stay, subject to availability.

Noise/Construction disclaimer
Our home is located in an active beach community. As is common in these areas, noise from construction, municipal services, beachgoers, vehicle and air traffic, adjacent homes, and nearby commercial or residential spaces may occur. Noise outside of our control will not constitute a refund or rental cancellation.

Quiet Hours Notice
Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.

Pet Policy
This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.

- No access to the ground floor patio.
-This home does not include the use of the lower patio. Only as a cut-through for direct beach access.
-In the winter season, coastal sand remediation projects often take place on the beach adjacent to the property.

The area's natural beauty can be seen at Huntington State Beach and Huntington Beach Beaches, while Orange County Fair and Events Center and Segerstrom Center for the Arts are popular area attractions. Anaheim Convention Center and Disney California Adventure® Park are not to be missed. Jet skiing, kayaking, and parasailing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking nearby.
