128 25th Street is a newly remodeled and professionally decorated beach house that is one short block from the 25th Street beach. Downstairs has front gated patio with a dining table and seating area. Inside area has a Dutch door, 10 foot ceilings, good light from multiple windows, wood laminate floors, dining table, sectional with 60" TV, and kitchen bar seating. Fully equipped kitchen has standard appliances, and white quartz countertops. Side patio has a new gas BBQ. Downstairs also has a full sized bathroom with walk-in shower, and a tight two car garage.

Upstairs are three large bedrooms - Master bedroom has an adjustable CA King bed, couch, desk/chair, large master bathroom, walk-in shower, dual sink quartz vanity, large soaking tub, walk-in closet, and 60"TV.

Guest room has an adjustable CA King bed, and 32” smart TV.

The Back Room has a CA King bed, 40” smart TV and two twin beds.

Guest and Back Room share a full sized bathroom with tub. Laundry room has washer/dryer.
Third floor Rooftop Deck has fire-table, new sectional seating and partial bay and beach views.

The house is walking distance to popular restaurants, bars and the Newport Pier.

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to rent this unit is 25 years old and to finalize the reservation a secure guest verification portal must be completed.

Pets: Pets are not permitted on or about the premises. ADA service animals required because of a disability are allowed with advanced notice. ESA's, Emotional Support Animals, are not allowed.

Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads, sheets and towels are provided

Kitchen/Supplies: This kitchen is supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. Some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, salt/pepper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc. are supplied to help you begin your vacation, however, you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay.

Located in Balboa Peninsula, a neighborhood in Newport Beach, this vacation home is near theme parks and near the beach. Fashion Island and Main Street are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Huntington State Beach and Huntington Beach Beaches. Orange County Fair and Events Center and Segerstrom Center for the Arts are not to be missed. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and hiking/biking trails nearby.
