Easy walking distance to market, Burger, Pizza, Sub, & Chinese Take Out, Spaghetti Factory, Crab Cooker, and the Newport and Balboa Piers. Our Vacation home is located on the ocean front, on the
boardwalk for safe and enjoyable activities: biking, rollerblading walking, jogging. Just 45 miles South of LAX, 20 minutes from Orange County's John Wayne Airport.
