Our home is located on the ground floor and includes EVERYTHING YOU NEED to enjoy your family vacation at the beach. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, silverware etc), fireplace, Smart TV, dining room table, Patio & Propane BBQ, Washer/Dryer, and garage parking.

HOME LOCATION:

This property is located in Balboa area between 14th & 15th St. between Newport and Balboa Piers. You can walk or ride our bikes anywhere on the peninsula from this home. The best thing about this location is that you are a 5-15 minute walk to over 20+ restaurants, shopping, Lombardy's market, the balboa fun zone, boat rentals, all while staying at the beach.

For those of you with kids, The nearby Bay beach is perfect for families. Marina Park is just a few minutes away with a giant Grass area to hang out at making this home an ideal location for families.

IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:

-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.

- Upon arrival, the Guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify Identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties

- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent
- Please review house rules regarding Noise, Day/Nighttime Occupancy, etc.
- Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am, no Patio access after 10 pm.
- Overnight/Nighttime Occupancy 4 people. (10 pm - 7 am)
- Daytime Occupancy may not exceed 6 people without written consent from Tower 17 Properties & Management.
-Parking for 1 vehicle inside of our attached garage is available. Midsize and compact vehicles are recommended.
- You are renting a single family home with 1 level and have access to the entire house.
-This home has a 1-step threshold to enter the front of the home.
- Noise from surrounding homes, adjacent units, and beachgoers should be expected.
- Fireplace/Fire-pit must not be left unattended while ignited for any reason
- High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.
- Children Must Be supervised at all times especially when outdoors as there is a boulevard and the ocean nearby.
