I'm at the light, so crossing is safe!
Newport is renowned for it's beautiful long beaches.
Take an early morning stroll on the boardwalk, bask in the California warm sunshine all day, then watch a spectacular sunset.
Catalina Island is on your horizon.
You can book a day trip to Catalina Island or go whale watching from the Balboa Fun Zone.

Within walking/biking distance is the beautiful & exciting Newport Pier. Only 1/2 mile down the famous boardwalk. Bike or walk the boardwalk all the way to Balboa Pier where you have an assortment of fun! Master Upstairs: 1 queen bed. You will love the full wall mirrored of storage!
2nd Bedroom Downstairs: Very comfortable double bed on bottom, twin on top, roomy bedroom.
QUEEN Sofa Sleeper upstairs in living room.

2 bathrooms: Master bath has a Jacuzzi Whirlpool Tub + shower
Downstairs Bath: Shower
All fixtures & tile/limestone are upgraded.

The kitchen, living room, master bedroom/bath are on the top floor.
2nd bedroom & bath are on ground floor.

There is 1 car attached garage with a washer/dryer (see note below)

EXTRA STUFF:
Living room has a sofa sleeper & 65' Flat TV.
Kitchen is roomy & full of everything you need.
I also have a few beach chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys for the kids, 3 Boogie boards, , games for the beach 3 bikes, & lots more!
