Literally steps from the sand this property is located in the most desirable location on the Balboa Peninsula between the Balboa and Newport piers. Just one house away from the ocean and a short walk across the street to the Marina Park & bay. Depending on the time of year, you can hear the waves crashing on the sand at night. Newport has something for all ages whether you come to relax or take in all the activities it has to offer.
Our Newport beach location offers it all!: Family friendly beaches with miles of sand & sea for swimming, sunning, surfing, volleyball, sand castle building and people watching. The boardwalk is fun for biking, rollerblading or walking. Discover crabs, shells and other sea life at the nearby jetties. In the evening, enjoy a crackling fire in the designated fire rings on the beach while roasting your favorite treats and sharing stories. Basketball, Volleyball, and a kids playground is just one block away from this charming beach retreat.
Shops, grocery stores, restaurants, fine dining, nightlife, bike-kayak-boat rentals, harbor cruises, chartered fishing boats, Catalina Island tour boats, the ferry to Balboa Island and the Balboa Fun Zone (one of California's oldest coastal amusement parks) are all within walking distance.
