Welcome to our stunning beach house on Plum Island! This spacious and pet-friendly vacation rental is the perfect retreat for multi-family groups or large gatherings, with two individual apartments, a combined 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and the capacity to sleep up to 14 people comfortably (4 queen beds, 2 full beds and 2 couches - not pullouts). As you step inside, you'll immediately feel the coastal charm and relaxed ambiance that sets the tone for your beachside getaway. The interior is tastefully decorated, combining modern comforts with a touch of cottage nostalgia.
One of the highlights of this beach house is its expansive yard, complete with two decks that offer breathtaking views of both the dunes and marsh.
Start your day with a cup of coffee on the sunrise deck, soaking in the tranquil surroundings as the sun paints the sky with vibrant hues. In the evening, gather on the sunset deck with your favorite beverage, and watch as the sun dips below the horizon, casting a golden glow over the marsh. These outdoor spaces are perfect for dining, sunbathing, or simply unwinding with a good book.
With the beach just a short 5 minute walk away, you can easily spend your days enjoying the sun, sand, and surf. In the evening, take a leisurely stroll to explore the charming restaurants and shops just a few houses down.
Our beach house is perfectly situated for a peaceful getaway with easy access to Salem, Massachusetts. Just a 40-minute drive or a 30-minute train ride away from the Newburyport train station, it’s a great spot for exploring the town’s rich history, folklore, and unique shops. After a day of sightseeing, you can unwind at our comfortable beach retreat—ideal for recharging and enjoying the coast. Whether you're visiting Salem or simply looking for a quiet place by the water, our home offers the best of both worlds.

PLEASE NOTE: We are a pet friendly apartment. Please let us know if you will be bringing any pets at the time of booking. The max # of pets allowed is 4 (2 for each unit) and must be listed on your booking. If you are bringing more than 1 pet, please let us know as we will need to send a separate invoice for the additional pets.
