We’ve lovingly owned this home for nearly 50 years and have recently remodeled and updated it. Located on one of the best spots on Brooks Lake! Light, bright and spacious with two living rooms, and two decks with stunning lake views. Private sandy beach and dock. Shallow, sandy swimming area. Boat launch nearby if you desire to bring your boat. Or rent our pontoon to cruise the lake. The charming town of Newaygo is less than ten minutes drive. Sleeps 6 privately. Central Heat/AC. Kayak. BBQ Grill. Outdoor tables/umbrellas. Parking for 4-6 vehicles. Please note: This property sets on a hillside and encompasses four levels from garage to beach. Access to each level is by stair. You cannot access the main level of the home without traveling on stairs. Sorry, not handicapped accessible.
