With four beautifully furnished bedrooms, the Glenwood comfortably sleeps 10 guests. Perfect for families or groups of friends.

The screened porch is the perfect spot to curl up with your favorite book or sip your morning coffee. Spend your days splashing in the private heated pool and your evenings around the fire pit sharing the days` adventures, the good times are endless at the Glenwood.

One of the highlights of this home is it`s premiere location. Just 1 block to the beach and two blocks to the park/playground, golf course, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts. The Glenwood is also just a short drive to other nearby activities, restaurants, wineries, breweries, antiques and plenty of shops.

A car is definitely recommended in this area. Grand Beach is also a golf cart friendly village, and we’re happy to arrange a rental for you if you’d like. You must be 16yrs of age with a valid drivers license to operate a golf cart. This is strictly enforced by the GBPD.

The Glenwood is best suited for families and responsible groups.
