Three bedroom home nestled in mature white pine and Norway trees on Third Crow Wing Lake. Excellent fishing from dock as well as access to Second Crow Wing Lake and Fourth Crow Wing Lakes via boat. Beautiful scenery and new dock. Large smart tv in living room with internet. Queen beds in both bedrooms on main floor. Two full size beds in lower level bedroom. Large living room with two queen sized couches/fold out beds. House sleeps 1-7 people. There is one full bathroom upstairs and a bathroom with a shower downstairs. The washer and dryer are located in the downstairs bathroom. (see photo) Newer stove/oven and refrigerator, microwave, weber charcoal grill, kitchen utensils, basic seasoning provided, coffee also provided etc.
Attached carport with open view of lake, fire ring, outdoor furniture, large yard across from house offers plenty of space for outdoor games/activities. Plentiful nature and wildlife including deer, loons, birds and more.
Property includes five acre lot bordering wild life management area. Located ten miles south of Nevis or fifteen miles SE of Park Rapids. Also close to Crow Wing River which offers tubing/canoeing opportunities in summer .
Several excellent dining opportunities a short drive away in Nevis, Dorset, Hubbard or Park Rapids. House has history of long term rental with family’s returning year after year to enjoy the property, lake and Park Rapids/ Nevis vacation area.
Located in Nevis, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Skoe Park and Headwaters Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Crow Wing Chain Wildlife Management Area and Third Crow Wing Lake. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
