A comfy, country cottage on 2 acres with an apple orchard, hot tub, outdoor fireplace/grill, weights, trampoline, and swings! Lots of space to run and play, 8 minutes from downtown Grass Valley, 10 from downtown Nevada City, 15 minutes from the Yuba River at Bridgeport. Nice workspace with WiFi, laundry, full kitchen, no dishwasher.
Large TV and Wi-Fi.
Our home was built in 1940. It has been well-cared for, but please expect some normal wear and patina inside and out.

You can access the whole property, except the unoccupied airstream on property.
Located in Nevada City, this vacation home is in a rural area and in the mountains. Center For The Arts and Grass Valley Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Grass Valley-Nevada County Chamber of Commerce and Nevada County Fairgrounds. Nevada County Narrow Gauge Railroad Museum and Miners Foundry Cultural Center are also worth visiting. Enjoy the area's slopes with cross-country skiing and snowboarding, and don't miss out on the snowmobiling and ice skating.
