• Gather used towels and store extra beds
• Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
• Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• -place used bath, river, wash clothes & hand towels in front of the washer. if you have 2 or more bath or river towels, please start a load w/ detergent -wash dirty dishes thoroughly, dry & put away.
• -gather belongings. we charge a $25 fee + shipping costs to return items. -turn off all lights, fireplace, ceiling fan, small fans & heaters or ac unit. -put away pack n play
• -clean the bbq grill for the next guests, if used. -late checkouts are sometimes possible but ask 24 hours before check out. if prior approval is not given, we charge $30 every 15 minutes after 11am.
