This new residence "Riviera" is equipped with every luxury and completely new decor. The living room with flat screen television, corner / sofa bed, dining area, kitchen with induction hob, fridge, dishwasher and oven / microwave, bathroom with toilet and walk / rain shower, bedroom with two box spring. The box spring (dim. 160x200) features two separate duvets and pillows, no bed linen / towels. At the rear of the house is a terrace with luxurious furniture / lounge, also a shelter with charging point for electric bikes. Wifi is available. The house is for 2 adults and a child up to 4 years. Pets and smoking are not allowed. This property is situated on a quiet lane, with detached houses. Within walking distance of the beach and downtown.
