Paid parking is available off-premises from March 1st until October 31st.
( if you give us your license plate we can get you a discount for 8 euro a day at the Hoge Hilt).

🪵 Historic building: Authentic wooden floors mean you might occasionally hear some noise.
🚿 Spacious shower: The bathroom is a bit older, but the large shower works perfectly.
🚫 Visitors: Only registered guests are allowed — regular checks are carried out.

💶 Fees & Requirement
📍 Tourist Tax: €2.10 per person/night. For our guests coming from outside Zoutelande, the local tourist tax in Zoutelande is not included in the booking price. The municipality requires this to be paid separately, and you will receive a small additional invoice upon arrival.
🐶 Dog fee: 15 per dog, per night.
🧼 Long stay: Weekly cleaning is required for longer stays (a small extra fee applies).
⚠️ We don’t speak German, but we’re happy to help in English or Dutch. A separate tax will be charged and must be paid before check-in.
