Eagle’s Nest Guest House I, the OG, has been built out to comfortably host groups of 8-24 or less where each guest has their own bed within their own private home. NO BUNK BEDS OR SLEEPING ON SOFAS! The sprawling floor plan and amenities cater to golf groups, weddings, families visiting the Dells, and weekend warriors all the like. It’s a comfortable, convenient, and affordable stay that has been tastefully decorated with personality and modern furnishings. The cedar sided house is on approximately 11 acres and is 3,500 sq. ft. including 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms with lasting hot water and great water pressure, 8-16 beds, 1 rec room, fully equipped kitchen, game room, 8 flat screen smart TVs w/HD plus a surround sound system (1 DVD player), deck with grill and backyard fire pit with chairs, key coded entrance (no keys necessary), ample parking, and much more!

The Bedrooms - up to 16 beds!
5 Bedrooms, sleeps 1-24
The Primary features two queen beds and can sleep 4. Room includes flat screen smart TV, two closets, dresser, ensuite primary bathroom, slider patio door to the back deck, and is located on the Main Level of the house.
The Den features one king bed and can sleep 2. Room includes a flat screen smart TV, closet, dresser, and is located on the Main Level of the house with a full bathroom directly across the hall.
The Queens Room features three queen beds and can sleep 6. Room includes desk, flat screen smart TV, closet, dresser, and is located on the Lower Level of the house.
The Hawaiian Room, also on the Lower Level of the house, features one king bed and can sleep 2. Room includes a closet, dresser, and flat screen smart TV.
The Loft Bunkhouse, located above the attached heated Garage, features two king beds and can sleep 4 and two queen beds that can sleep 4. Room includes desk, flat screen smart TV, dresser (no closet), and a tinted skylight. Newly built guest bathroom is directly across the hallway.

Please note, if your party is 8 or less, the beds will automatically be setup as 4 queens and 4 kings. If your party is 9-16 guests, please specify at the time of booking if you'll need any Murphy beds set up so we can assure the bed arrangement is just the way you want it, thank you!
The Bathrooms
There are 5 bathrooms including a full bath (shower) across from the Den bedroom, a full bath (shower/tub) in the Primary bedroom, two full baths (shower/tub and new shower) in the Lower Level, and a full bath (shower) across from the Loft. GREAT water pressure.
The Kitchen
The kitchen on the Main Level is equipped with a commercial grade prep table for cooking, refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, and a dishwasher. It includes flatware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, glassware, and staple pantry items/spices/condiments. A coffee pot and Keurig are available as well as your basic small kitchen appliances. A bar table and stools looks out to the backyard, and a slider patio door to the furnished back deck makes it easy access to enjoy outdoor dining.
The Living Room
The living room on the Main Level has a high vaulted ceiling covered in knotty pine. It's outfitted with a 65" flat screen smart TV w/ HD and surround sound system and is connected to the dining room in an open concept that feeds into the kitchen. There are two sofas along with a long farmhouse dining table that can comfortably seat 8. On the Lower Level, there's another living area outfitted with a 55" flat screen smart TV and DVD player and 4 queen Murphy beds w/ integrated sofas and 1 twinXL Murphy bed. A small refrigerator and cabinet can house snacks.
Other Rooms
The attached heated finished garage (no cars allowed) is outfitted as a game room featuring ping pong table, pool table, shuffleboard, darts, foosball table, cornhole, card table/chairs, ice chests, and 55" flat screen smart TV w/ soundbar. Feel free to open up both garage doors, use the grill, full use of the furnished back deck that's the length of the house, and fire pit with Adirondack chairs to toast s’mores!
FYI
The lower level, loft, and garage each have their own thermostat to adjust temps as needed (separate from the main house thermostat). Our guest house will be clean when you arrive and will be cleaned & disinfected after your departure.
Guest Access
Front door & side garage doors are key coded so no fuss with losing keys! Guests have full access to the entire house, the garage along with deck the length of the house, backyard fire pit/chairs, and BBQ grill.
Interaction with Guests
The amount of interaction we have with you is entirely up to you! Mackenzie is always available via call/text or email should you need anything at all. She's happy to give you tips for places to visit nearby or local directions.
The Neighborhood
Easy on/off access to main highway surrounded by a wonderful golf course community, and only 2 miles down same road to the entrance of the new golf resort, Sand Valley. We LOVE how quiet it is as you can hear all that nature has to offer. During your visit, it’s very likely outside that you’ll see deer, birds, squirrels, wild turkeys, chipmunks, raccoons, rabbits, frogs, lizards, and foxes. The neighborhood is ideal for taking walks too or just sitting on the deck and soaking in nature. Lots of local bars/pubs/restaurants within a 5 mile radius serving Wisconsin’s finest: cheese curds, beer, & brats (and fish fry on Fridays!)
Getting Around
Please park in the driveway and/or designated parking spaces. Plenty of parking available on property but please don't park anybody in as it's one shared driveway between the barn tenants and ENGH I. ENGH II and ENGH III have their own separate driveway entrance. Adams County is heavily populated with wildlife, especially DEER! Highways 21 and 13 (the main highways to get to Eagle's Nest Guest House) are NOT lit up with street lights so use your high beams liberally while traveling at night!
Other Things to Note
We are also part of the Little Free Library program (at the end of our driveway) and our books are stored in The Loft so feel free to browse during your stay! Also, check out our golf library in the mudroom at ENGH I to brush up on your golf game.
Do you provide any transportation services?
Shuttle service is available by appointment only to Sand Valley, local bars, and restaurants. Please contact Golf's Trusted Transport at 715-600-1569. Unfortunately we are too rural for Uber, Lyft, or any kind of local taxi service!
Do you provide any cleaning service?
There is no daily housekeeping service unless requested at time of booking for an additional fee (email for more specifics). While clean linens and bath towels are included in the guest house, a daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. Our guest house will be clean when you arrive and will be cleaned & disinfected after your departure. The $275 one time cleaning & restocking fee includes up to 6 hour cleaning/laundering of the entire guest house and restocking standard items.
Nekoosa is home to this vacation home. Lake Arrowhead Golf Course and Ridges Golf Course & Banquet Facility are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Roche-a-Cri State Park and Dyracuse Motorcycle Recreation Area. Enjoy the area's slopes with cross-country skiing, and don't miss out on the sledding and snowmobiling.
