If you are looking to escape the hustle and bustle, check out this newly built 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom wooded retreat with sleeping room for 6. The beautiful rustic hickory cabinets and woodwork adds warmth and charm, and the open concept allows for plenty of space to chill. The kitchen is well furnished with a Keurig coffee maker, crock pot, InstaPot, and new full-sized appliances. Located within a quick 2-minute wooded walk to lower Lake Camelot, the Master Bedroom features a Queen-sized bed, with two twin beds in second bedroom and a pull-out Queen sofa bed in the living area. Relax and/or eat on the covered patio just off the kitchen, or kick back and watch the stars from the patio off of the Master Bedroom. All on one level with wide doorways and hallways, this home is completely accessible for anyone with mobility issues.
Charge your Tesla using the Tesla wall charger, or provide your EV adapter. Bring your own boat or rent our Pontoon (Spring of 2024) which has its own parking space at the Camelot Beach Club, just a quick walk from the house. Kayaks available too for extra fun on lovely Lake Camelot.
The town of Rome always has something going on, from Farmer's Markets to great restaurants. There are plenty of ATV/UTV and snowmobile trails in the area to suit your outdoor cravings. Golf courses at Sand Valley and Lake Arrowhead are just a short drive away. Winter sports include ice fishing and snowmobiling.
