From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by sweeping views of the tranquil Nehalem River, where otters play, seals drift by, and bald eagles nest in the trees behind the house and can be seen fishing and flying across the river. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the home with natural light, creating a bright, serene atmosphere that feels both refined and welcoming.
The expansive living room is beautifully updated with stylish furnishings, panoramic river views, and a large flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities—perfect for unwinding after a day on the water.
