Enjoy spectacular views of Lake James while sipping your morning coffee. Bring your boat, sit on the private dock, and relax with family and friends in a lake front oasis. Two spacious living rooms provide ample gathering space, or find seclusion on one of the three expansive porches. Kayak, hike, mountain bike or boat all day and then relax and watch the sunset in the hottub. High speed fiber internet allows you to stream your favorite shows or work if you must. Relax, recharge and reconnect.

The main floor primary bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with two vanities, soaking tub, shower and walk-in closet. A door connects directly to the largest porch and sitting area.

The second bedroom is on the main floor with a king size bed, two closets and french doors leading to the side porch. The full bathroom is located in the hallway directly outside the bedroom.

The lower level third bedroom has a king bed and features an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet.

The lower level fourth bedroom has a queen bed and two closets. The bathroom is located in the hallway directly outside the bedroom.

The downstairs den open to the lower porch with the hottub. The den includes a coffee bar and connects to the gameroom outfitted with skee-ball, air hockey, foosball, and magnetic darts.

Kayaks include 1 single, 1 double and 2 children sized kayaks. Lifejackets and paddles are provided.

The free and public boat ramp is less than 3 minutes from the home and a slip is available at the home's private dock.

Within 5 minutes are multiple state parks, trails, a public lake beach and a brewery. The home is close enough to Black Mountain and Asheville for easy day trips.

Located in Nebo, this vacation home is on the waterfront. History Museum of Burke County and Historic Burke County Courthouse are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include The Outpost and Bouncin' Kids. Martha's Park and COMMA Performing Arts Center are also worth visiting.
