Welcome to Our Neck of the Woods at Hidden Lake!

This charming cabin is centrally located between Marion and Morganton and overlooks Hidden Lake in a log cabin community.

This gated community log cabin has four bedrooms and is ready to make your group feel at home. The driveway is gravel and flat and there are only four steps to enter the main level. Once inside, enjoy the gas log fireplace and leather sofa, or cross over to the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is cozy, well-stocked, and includes a table for six. Just off the kitchen is a screened in porch that overlooks Hidden Lake. There is outdoor dining table for six and casual seating for relaxing. The queen bedroom is located on the main level and across the hall is a full bathroom with a combination tub/shower.

Upstairs there is an open loft with a desk for work or remote learning. Attached to the king suite there is a large deck overlooking the lake along with a garden tub, shower, and double vanity. Located on the lower level is a cozy den with seating to relax while watching TV or hanging out playing foosball, soccer, or pool on the game table. There are two bedrooms and a shared bath in the hall with a shower and the laundry center. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other has two twin beds. From the lower-level patio, you will enjoy the views of Hidden Lake.

Just a short walk down the road is the community pool and spa (both seasonal), a playground, and access to catch and release fishing from the dock or canoeing. Hiking trails cover the community!

Please Note:
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.
-Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable. Please observe a quiet hour of 10PM as there are full time residents nearby.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- This private pine tree forest community does not allow live burns. This home does not have a wood burning device.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled within 24 hours of their creation will receive a full refund of payments. Bookings canceled more than 24 hours after their creation are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
