The Navarwhal [na-var-wall] is one of the largest and most luxurious vacation rentals on Navarre Beach, Florida. This stunning generational estate comfortably sleeps 30 in beds, making it perfect for large families, reunions, or annual gatherings. Situated on a double lot in the westernmost, last buildable row on the island, this home backs up to 7 miles of National Seashore, offering unspoiled views, serenity, and spectacular sunsets.
Located in a gated community with private beach access just a 2-minute walk or 30-second golf cart ride away, you’ll feel like you’re on your own private island!

The ground floor offers thoughtful conveniences, including keyless entry, covered parking with an EV charging station, a secondary refrigerator/freezer, and a commercial ice machine for easy cooler filling. You’ll also find a spacious open-air game room with a ping pong table and corn hole, a fire pit with a seating area, an outdoor shower, and a gas grill. An optional 8-person electric golf cart rental makes beach access even easier, and the elevator provides access to both upper floors for added convenience.

The upper floor is ideal for kids and teens, with an 8-bed boys’ bunk room and an 8-bed girls’ bunk room, each with its own private bathroom. This level also includes a kitchenette, a seating area with a TV, shuffleboard, and a cozy reading nook, giving everyone their own space to unwind.
