This spacious suite features a luxurious en suite bath with a free-standing soaking tub, a glass-enclosed walk-in shower, dual sinks, a private water closet, two large closets, and a stunning window framing peaceful Gulf views.
On the same floor, you’ll find two queen-sized bedrooms—one with Gulf views and the other overlooking the Sound—each with water-view balconies and a shared bath between them.
Head up one more level to the expansive open-concept great room, where windows and French doors on three sides flood the space with natural light and breathtaking scenery. Lounge on the comfortable furniture and enjoy the large flat screen TV, or gather around the dining table and breakfast bar for meals, games, and good conversation. The fully equipped kitchen boasts high-end appliances and everything you need for dining in. There's also a convenient half bath on this level.
The second king-sized primary suite is also located on the top floor and offers another luxurious escape, complete with a free-standing tub, walk-in tiled shower, dual sinks, a private water closet, and private decks with water views. Whether you want a quiet spa-like moment or simply a little solitude, this suite has you covered.
Outside, your private fenced-in yard includes a refreshing pool, gas grill, and outdoor shower—perfect for rinsing off after a sun-soaked day at the beach. There’s driveway parking for four cars, and thoughtful design and top-tier furnishings ensure you'll enjoy both comfort and style throughout your stay.
Please note: this is a non-pet-friendly home and due to allergy concerns, no animals of any kind are permitted, including animals with special designations. Smoking is not allowed in the home or on the premises, and events are not permitted. Minimum rental age is 25.
Just Peachy is located next to private homes Gulf/Sound and Optimal Escape, and across from Beach House and Salty Breeze—perfect if you’re traveling with a larger group and need multiple nearby homes.
