When everyone has had their fill of coastal fun, this home has a fully equipped kitchen that will make preparing meals easy and the private balcony is the perfect place to sip a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine as the sun goes down!

Nearby, you can find a handful of local restaurants that include Windjammers on the Pier, Broussard's of Navarre Beach, Juana's Pagodas, and more. Navarre Beach Marine Park (less than one mile away) offers visitors a great and family-friendly spot for outdoor recreation. Downtown Navarre is located five and a half miles up north and is considered Florida's Best-Kept Secret. It's surrounded by the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound, offering 12 miles of shoreline.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
