The Space:
Coastal Cottage is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1,254 sq. ft. single-family home with a garage full of games to keep you occupied while not at the beach. Both bathrooms have a tub/shower combo with soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided. The open-concept kitchen and living room include a dining table and a coffee bar with a Keurig and coffee maker. The backyard features a patio with plenty of seating, a playground, and a propane grill and fire pit, while the garage is set up as a game room with a billiard table, foosball table, and more.

Guest Access:
The booking guest must complete and sign the Ronin Stays Rental Agreement, fill out the check-in form, and choose either the damage waiver protection plan or a security deposit before receiving check-in instructions. Once these steps are completed, your personal check-in code will be sent one hour before your scheduled check-in time. To avoid any delays, please ensure these requirements are taken care of in advance.

Nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate being close to the Navarre Beach Marine Park, the Sea Turtle Conservation Center, and miles of scenic bike paths and waterfront parks.

Though you’ll feel tucked away in a quiet, lodge-like setting, you’re never far from conveniences. Local eateries, shops, and grocery options are just minutes away. If you like adventure or want a change of scenery, Pensacola Beach and other Gulf Coast favorites are within easy reach.
You’ll love the laid-back vibe here—perfect for unwinding by the water, enjoying sunsets, and making new memories without the crowds.

Getting Around:
Located just 28 km from Fort Walton Beach Park and 35 km from Pensacola Beach Gulf Pier, you'll have easy access to stunning beaches and exciting activities. Explore nearby historic landmarks like Historic Pensacola Village, or enjoy shopping and dining at Destin Harbor Boardwalk, just 35 km away. Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport is also only 36 km from the property. Local roads do not have bike lanes and public transportation is non-existent. You're best bet is using Uber or Lyft if you don't have a POV.

Getting around Navarre is relatively easy, though public transportation is limited. For the most convenience and flexibility, driving is the best way to explore the area. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available and offer a reliable way to reach nearby destinations such as Navarre Beach, the Navarre Beach Pier, and local shops and restaurants. Biking is also a great option for shorter trips, and the area features several bike-friendly roads and scenic paths along the coast. If you're planning to visit nearby towns or want to explore at your own pace, having a personal vehicle or rental car is highly recommended.

We’re happy to welcome your furry companions—all breeds, shapes, and sizes are accepted, with a maximum of 2 pets per reservation. This fee covers your entire stay and includes basic pet cleaning. All pets must be house trained, non-aggressive, and up to date on vaccinations. Please note that the pet fee covers standard cleaning; any excessive cleaning—such as indoor accidents, excessive pet hair on furniture, or damage—will result in additional charges. Our standard one-time pet fee is:
- $85 for up to 2 pets

Please note: The nightly rate includes up to 5 guests. For groups larger than 5 (up to a maximum of 10 guests), there is an additional charge of $25 per guest, per night. This helps cover the extra utilities, cleaning, and general wear and tear. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep the Coastal Cottage in great shape for everyone!

All of our Short-Term Rentals are self check-in to ensure a smooth arrival and to respect your privacy. Rest assured, detailed instructions and everything you need for check-in will be provided in advance.
