This spacious townhome on the sound will delight your senses and fin-tastic beach fun.
Step inside to discover a generous open-concept living and dining area that's perfect for entertaining or relaxing with your family and friends.
Gather on the comfortable couches or open the wall of sliders and sit on the deck with beautiful water views. It's a peaceful spot for morning coffee or evening gatherings. We're sure you'll have a flippin' good time!
The open kitchen has SS appliances, plenty of storage, and everything you'll need for snack-making and meal prep.
The dining table seats 4 and the breakfast bar another 4.
Down the hall are 2 queen-sized bedrooms, a shared full bath with tub/shower combo, and a full washer/dryer for your convenience.
Up one flight is a large sunny den with a sofa sleeper, a large flat-screen TV, and a desk if you need to make this a "working" vacation. It's a great spot for the kids to escape to and play games or watch a movie!
The spacious king-sized primary bedroom is also up here with a private sound view deck and en suite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo as well as a walk-in shower.
There is a ground-floor patio when you want a shady spot to relax and read a book.
Parking for one car is offered in the driveway and another spot is directly across from the home.
A large sound-front community pool is steps away from the water and the tennis court is just outside your door.
Navarre Public Beach on the Gulf is a short 5-minute walk. The 4 restaurants on the island are also a short walk as is the longest pier on the Gulf of Mexico. (A great spot for people and sealife watching!)
