Brand new to the rental market, Gratitude Island is a luxurious escape with everything you need for the ultimate beach vacation. Situated directly across the street from the emerald green waters of the Gulf, this stunning home offers breathtaking views and three private decks where you can watch pelicans and seagulls glide by.
The open-concept main floor is designed for connection, allowing your group to enjoy movie nights, board games, or meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen—all while taking in the view. Also on this level is the king-sized primary suite, complete with a Gulf view balcony and spa-like en suite bath featuring dual sinks, a vanity, walk-in shower, and jetted tub to soak away the day.
On the opposite side of the house, you'll find a queen bedroom with a private Gulf view deck, a full bath, and a spacious laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for added convenience.
Upstairs, another queen bedroom offers serene Sound views, while the loft area features a daybed that converts into a comfortable king-sized bed and its own private Gulf view balcony. There’s even a desk space for those who need to blend work and play. A shared bath with a walk-in shower sits between the two upstairs rooms.
Step outside and enter your own private tropical oasis. The backyard features a large in-ground pool, a soothing hot tub, and a spacious paver patio filled with lounge furniture. Fire up the large gas grill and enjoy meals alfresco at the outdoor dining area. The pool can be heated for $75/day.
Beach access is just a two-minute walk across the street, and there’s parking for up to five cars. This is a non-smoking, non-pet friendly home with no events permitted.
