Welcome to 7924 Gulf Blvd Navarre Beach, Florida lovingly called Nirvana in Navarre.

This beach home is a very easy walking distance to public beach access point 38A and 38B. The walking path is right in front of the home, go to the east and it is a very short walk to beach access point 38A. Walk on the path to the west and quickly you will be at beach access point 38B!

This professionally decorated home is a vacation for the eyes, the décor is spectacular!

The home comfortably sleeps 11 and is perfect for families, couples or a small group looking for that luxurious vacation experience and best of all, Nirvana in Navarre has an elevator!

Bedroom Configuration:
Bedroom 1: (1) King Bed and (1) Queen Sofa Bed
Bedroom 2: (1) King Bed and (1) 3 tiered Bunk Bed

The main floor of the house features a large open living space with plenty of seating around 2 sofas and a large flat screen TV.

Just beyond the living room is the kitchen, fully stocked with a lovely island for gathering and an absolutely beautiful dining table.

The main floor of the house offers 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.

The master bedroom offers a plush king bed and a pull-out couch. The master bedroom is a beautiful retreat with a spa-experience full bathroom.

The second bedroom offers a wonderful king size bed with a full bathroom attached.

The third bedroom offers a King bed with a 3 tier twin bunk bed, this bedroom comfortably sleeps 5. The third full bathroom is in the hall right outside the bedroom.

The main floor also offers a washer and dryer.

The yard is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a quiet evening. Nirvana in Navarre also has wi-fi throughout, keyless entry and parking for 4 vehicles.

The garage has a half bath.

If grilling is part of your cooking enjoyment, head to the ground level of the home in front of the house and you will find a nice size grill with a designated area for grilling.

**Private pool measurement is 14' x 28' and goes from a depth of 3ft to 5ft. POOL NOTICE: POOL CANNOT BE HEATED DECEMBER 1-FEBRUARY 29. In addition, if outdoor temperature is below 55 degrees anytime of the year, the pool cannot be heated.

If you would like to have the pool heated during your stay, it is a $75 per day charge for each day of your of stay. Pool heat is set at 83 degrees and temperature cannot be adjusted. Please notify us if you would like to add on this amenity to your reservation at least 2 WEEKS PRIOR to your arrival. **Please note weather/air temperature can affect the pool temperature.

We do have a high chair and portable crib available.
Please note: The cleaning crew does not clean these extra items, we expect guests to clean after using, so the next guests can enjoy, as they are additional amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% (minus $150.00 fee) refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% (minus $150.00 fee) refund up to 30 days before arrival.
