The dining room table seats 4 and there are an additional 2 barstools seated at the pass-through to the kitchen. Also on the main level is a half bath a light and bright living room that offers a couch that folds out to a queen bed, a sofa and large television, equipped with cable from Mediacom. In the entertainment storage cabinet, you'll also find books, movies and plenty of board games and puzzles for the entire family. The living room walks out to a fenced patio with a patio table for 4, a gas barbeque grill and a storage bench that holds all the beach gear and sand toys you could need. You'll also find 4 beach chairs here for your use.

Upstairs, you'll find two private bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a queen size bed, dresser and a walk-in closet with a private bathroom. The additional bedroom offers two full size beds, dresser and closet. Each bedroom has a smart television equipped for you to utilize with your own accounts or there is complimentary cable service.

If you're traveling with children, you can pack a little lighter because we already have some essentials for your use including a Pack n' Play with sheet, highchair, baby bathtub and baby gate for the stairs.

Located on the beach, this vacation home is in Sugar Beach, a neighborhood in Navarre. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Navarre Beach and Opal Beach. Navarre Beach Marine Park and Family Jules Charters are also worth visiting. Jet skiing, kayaking, and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
