TV:
There are two TVs with Fire Sticks in the cabin but guests will have to use their own streaming accounts, such as Amazon Prime, Netflix, YouTube, etc.

Winter Access:
During the winter months, a 4-wheel or all-wheel drive vehicle is required to access the cabin in the event of snow.

Pools:
Our pool and hot tubs are open year-round. The hot tubs may operate on a rotating schedule, with one occasionally closed for maintenance. The pool and hot tubs are shared with other guests on the property. Like other hot springs in the area, we treat our geothermal-fed pool and hot tubs to maintain cleanliness and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all guests.

Check-In:
Upon arrival, please follow the signs directing you to the office. Our office hours vary depending on the season and occupancy. If the office is unstaffed when you arrive, a check-in packet with all the information you’ll need will be waiting for you on a magnetic board.

Guest access
Guests have access to all ranch amenities, including the geothermal-fed pools and hot springs, multi-use sports court, cornhole, communal fire pit, and hiking trails.

Please note: Some amenities, like cornhole and sports equipment, are not available in the offseason due to snow and inclement weather.

Please note that the property you are booking is located at Deer Valley Hot Springs, a ranch offering multiple vacation rentals and a lodge. As such, other guests may be present on the property, and some amenities, such as the pools, hot tubs, sports court, and trails, are shared.

Nathrop is home to this cabin. St. Elmo and Browns Canyon National Monument are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Cottonwood Hot Springs and Mountain Spirit Winery. Mt. Shavano Fish Hatchery and Rocky Mountain Mini Golf are also worth visiting.
