When you need a break from Downtown, take a stroll across the train tracks to Southern Grist Brewery, a local tap room with craft beer and artisinal food. Brand new across the street is Highland Yard, a complex with a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, cocktail bar, gym, and spa.
The complex is located next to active train tracks. The train passes by a few times during the day and night.

• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.

• Trash: Please place all trash in trash bags and place them in the trash can outside by garage.

• Pets: Strictly a no-pet policy at home

• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Fees apply and vary depending on the requested time, with a starting fee of $60. We may not always be able to accommodate these requests—please message us in advance for details.

• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds for cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy.
