Formally known as The King House, this is a fully-restored home in 12 South. If the walls could speak, they would surely share stories rich in history, laced with diversity and inclusivity. Welcome to The King House: A place where Oprah danced, Roy Orbison sang, a Nashville Mayor and Civil Rights protestors met and all were welcomed.
Boasting 2,200 square feet, this lower level remodel is nestled in a quiet, historic, residential area, yet only a short walk from the award-winning restaurants and shops on 12 South. With plenty of space for larger groups, and a fenced in patio, this home is sure to provide a relaxing environment between sightseeing.

This is a remodeled lower level (walk-out). Guests will have the entire space + 2 spots for parking. Street parking is also allowed.
Other things to note
The stove is a portable stovetop. This allows for two pans / pots to be used at a time. As stated, this place has a kitchenette only.
Historic Waverly, a neighborhood in Nashville, is home to this vacation home. Ryman Auditorium and Printer's Alley are notable landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Opryland Hotel Gardens and Percy Priest Lake. Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum and Nashville Zoo are not to be missed.
