Located in Nashville's most desirable residential neighborhood w/ sidewalks & tree lined streets, this beautiful historic home has recently been renovated to preserve its 100-year old charm and character - modern updated kitchen, bathrooms, lighting and more. Cook's kitchen; 3 spacious bedrooms w/ 5 beds sleeps 8; 2 full bathrooms; custom-made dining table that seats 8-10. Work-study w/ 2 desks, USB ports in every room. Relax on the porch w/ your laptop or friends. Enjoy family time on the deck overlooking the shady back yard, seats 9.
Amenities include free WiFi, 4 Smart TVs w/ local channels, Roku, Amazon Prime & Netflix. 12-cup & Keurig coffee makers, tea kettle, most small kitchen appliances, outdoor gas grill for eating at home. Cutlery & dish ware for 8 plus supplies for cooking/baking. High ceilings, dark stained wood floors and original tall windows maintain the historic feel.

Free parking in the driveway & street. Large back and side yards to enjoy the fire pit, corn hole, great for kids & pet play.
The owners maintain a private apartment for their personal use upstairs, with a separate outside entrance. There is no shared space, and they are very considerate of your privacy.
