Set on the West End edge of Midtown, Astra is a bright two-bedroom inside The Odyssey, a modern condo building that lands you a quarter-mile from Centennial Park and within easy reach of the rest of Nashville. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with light, and the interior keeps things clean and warm — comfortable furnishings, a smart TV, and an open living area that's the natural place to land after a day out.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with sleek appliances and barstool seating at the counter for a slow breakfast, a home-cooked dinner, or takeout from one of the spots just outside. Both bedrooms are set up for a real night's sleep: the primary has a queen, its own smart TV, and an en-suite bath, and the second bedroom also offers a queen with its own en-suite — plus a door onto the living area, so it doubles as a guest bath when you need it.

- Parking is provided on a first-come, first-serve basis in the top-floor parking garage. No reserved parking. Guests can park in any spot that is not marked reserved. No parking pass required.
- If no garage spaces are available upon your arrival, or If you have extra vehicles, additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
