Brand new home, completed in 2022! Beautiful wooded views greet you at every window. Surrounded by undeveloped park property for a truly serene and peaceful respite. You will feel like you are in the mountains although you are only 15-20 minutes to the heart of Nashville! Unique custom built home full of modern luxuries, w/ 2 bedrooms (sleeps 6 with pull out sofa in basement den), 2.5 baths, 2 living areas (including projector & popcorn maker for movie nights) and beautiful functional kitchen.
About the Space:
The master bedroom is on the main level and features a luxurious queen bed and walk-in closet. The private master bathroom includes a curb-less tile shower and high end finishes.
There is also a 1/2 bathroom on the main level, kitchen, and living area leading to the second story concrete deck. Here you will find ample seating to take in the views as well as an outdoor dining table.
In the kitchen, you will find everything you need for your home away from home. Stocked with cooking basics and premium cookware. The view from the kitchen sink will have you wanting to stay all day. A wall mounted tv can be pulled out and turned to watch from anywhere in the open concept kitchen/living area.
Downstairs in the walk out basement, there is a second bedroom with a full bed with deluxe bedding and full glass sliding doors with beautiful views into the woods behind the house. Reach in closet provides ample storage. The basement bathroom features a tub/shower combo. There is also a large laundry room on this level.
In the open basement living area, you will find a comfy sectional facing a large projector wall for movie nights. A Cuisinart popcorn machine completes the experience.
The third bed can be found in the basement living area where there is a pull out sofa with an upgraded memory foam full mattress. Walk out basement patio leads you to more beautiful views and a stone fire pit.
Guest Access:
You will have access to entire home and property. There is ample parking space between the stone courtyard and gravel spaces.
Other Things to Note:
Steps from the house, you can access private hiking trails which lead to public hiking trails. The park surrounding the house is over 2100 acres and has over 15 miles of hiking trails. Even though you are close to town, you will truly feel like you are getting away from it all.
Located in Marrowbone, a neighborhood in Nashville, this vacation home is in the mountains. Ryman Auditorium and The Parthenon are cultural highlights, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Broadway and Fifth + Broadway. Consider Ascend Amphitheater for a night out, and don't miss Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, a top local attraction.
