Newly renovated, Cozy Condo less then 3 miles away from Nashville International Airport and only 150 yards from the Percy Priest Lake. Property has Lake access and is also a half mile from Safe Harbor Marina. There's So much to do near this beautiful home! Nashville Shores water park is 3 miles away. Visit President Andrew Jackson's home (The Hermitage). The Nashville Green Way a 20 mile long paved hiking or bike path that runs from Hermitage to Downtown. Lots of great restaurants and bars within a mile or two. That's only a small portion of what you can do in Nashville!
