Remodeled in 2018. Private, tropical backyard oasis with screened lanai and open pool & spa, an incredibly relaxing large space. Our home is the closest Naples Park rental to Vanderbilt Beach—just a quick bike ride or easy walk away. Sleeps 9 comfortably.
The lanai is where you’ll spend all your time! With 3 ceiling fans, it’s super comfortable relaxing poolside in the shade. Fast Wi-Fi reaches everywhere—including the pool area. A removable child safety fence is available between the covered lanai and pool deck.
Two king-bed master suites plus a third bedroom with queen and bunk beds. Perfectly sleeps 6 adults and 3 kids.
Gorgeous kitchen with granite counters, new cabinets, and upgraded appliances. Family room and bedroom updates done in 2020. This charming, non-smoking home is just a half-mile to the beach (10-minute walk, 3-minute bike). It’s fully stocked for the perfect vacation—super CLEAN—with bikes and plenty of beach gear. Open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, plus spacious dining indoors and out. Heated spa included; pool heat optional (fee applies). Pets welcome with prior notice and fee—select “pet” at booking.
Master suite offers king bed, walk-in closet, HDTV with cable, and a spacious bathroom. Second bedroom has king bed and private bath. Third bedroom includes a queen and 3 twins in bunk style. New central A/C (2020) plus ceiling fans in every room. Garage stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, bikes, and a bike trailer for beach trips. Includes free Florida State Park pass!
