Second Bedroom 2 twin beds with 14 inch memory foam mattresses and 40 inch flat screen TV, room darkening draperies, and the second bathroom with tiled shower/tub combination.
Living Room includes sectional sofa with 55 inch flat screen TV.
Study/Den with secretary desk and sofa with Queen sofa bed. Wireless printer included.
Kitchen is fully stocked including All Clad cookware, and bone china dinnerware service for 8. Eat-in kitchen has table seating for 4 with 3 bar stools at counter. GE stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, food processor, blender, glassware, crockpot, flatware, vacuum, everything you will need!
Lanai faces southwest with lake and Rookery Bay Estuary Preserve view with love seat, 2 club chairs and coffee table. Perfect for enjoying morning coffee and gorgeous sunsets.
Laundry area with washer and dryer in the unit. Clothes steamer, iron and ironing board.

Separate extra large storage area has 2 bicycles and beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler for your use during your stay.
The Giaveno neighborhood includes a community pool with restrooms, grills, tables, chairs and lounge chairs. All community pools are open to all residents.
Treviso Bay is a resort-style, gated community with 24 hour manned security featuring the TPC world class golf course designed by Arthur Hills with PGA tour Pro Hal Sutton. The spectacular course has 18 beautifully maintained holes, with comprehensive practice facilities, set in acres of natural preserves, picturesque lakes and meticulous landscaping.
