Easily access Naples Zoo, movie theaters, Sun-n-Fun Lagoon Waterpark, and more. Miramar Outlets are a short 30-minute drive away, and Fort Lauderdale and Miami are within easy reach.

* **Entertainment:** Three large flat-screen HDTVs (65-inch 4K Smart TV in living room, 32-inch TVs in bedrooms), DVD player, Xfinity cable, and free high-speed Wi-Fi.
* **Fully Equipped Kitchen:** Stainless steel appliances (refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, stove, dishwasher, microwave), quartz countertops, blender, coffee maker, and all cooking essentials.
* **Outdoor Oasis:** Heated pool and spa overlooking Quail Run Golf Course (additional $100/week for heating). Plenty of lounge chairs and patio furniture for relaxation. Stainless steel outdoor grill for al fresco dining. Six beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and beach umbrellas are provided.
* **Added Conveniences:** In-unit laundry (side-by-side washer and dryer), four bikes in the garage, and keyless entry for easy check-in/check-out.

Complimentary items provided at check-in:
• Hand soap in all bathrooms
• Dishwashing liquid (for hand-washing dishes)
• Paper towels in the kitchen
• Toilet paper in the bathrooms

These are starter supplies only. Once they are used up, guests are responsible for replacing them if more are needed.

Items not provided:
• Shampoo, conditioner, or body soap
• Laundry detergent
• Dishwasher machine detergent/pods

Guests should plan to bring these items with them.

Thank you for your interest in our home. To protect both our guests and our property, the following are required for all reservations:

To confirm and complete a booking, guests must provide:

✔ A valid government-issued photo ID for the primary guest
✔ A signed short-term rental agreement (sent after booking)
✔ Full names and ages of all guests staying at the property
✔ Agreement to all house rules and property policies
✔ Payment of the full rental amount

Reservations are not considered fully confirmed until all the above requirements are completed.

Failure to provide the required documentation may result in cancellation of the reservation.
